Make sure your battery is fully charged, then cross the two studs on the solenoid out with an old screwdriver or something. This will bypass the solenoid and send power straight on to the starter. If the starter don't turn, then you have a bad starter, that is if all the cables are tight to the starter and the cables are good. When you cross the solenoid with the screwdriver, it will arc, so don't have any flammable liquids around.
