Hi Guys, I am a new member.
My question is " Will tire size 25x11x10 fit on the rear wheel? The book calls for 25x11x9 but not to many available. Front size 23x8x11. Thought about the Carlisle 489 Titan 3 ply. My atv is in Nome, Ak.,so shipping costs are high and I need to ship the right size.
Thanks for any info,
Sam

if i am correct the last number denotes the rim diameter so if you order 25x11x10 as long as you have a 10 inch rim it will work fine

Hi Firefighter, yes I think you are right, but I was hoping the the 25x11x10 would fit on the stock rim which should be 25x11x9. Otherwise I will have to get rims also. The bike is in Nome,Ak and I am in Richmond, Ca so I can't just try it.Thanks for the reply.

you will have to get the 9" tire if you are sure that is the correct wheel size. and yes the first # is tire height second # is tire width third 3 is wheel height

The 25x11x10 will not fit yours if you have the stock rim.

welcome to the forums...the 25x11x10 will not fit on your bike..if the tire that you want to put on it was 25x11x9..then it would fit..when looking for tires..always match the last number ..in your case..11..which is the rim size..this number you have to match..the first two numbers..wont matter a whole lot..as long as your off set is good..and you don't rub the fenders...or anything else for that matter..unless you get a rim that is a size 10 rim..your gonna have to either stick with stock rims..< 9 >..or bigger rims with same bolt pattern an off set too make that 25x11x10 tire work..hope this helps :)
