I have a 94 300 4x4 fourtrax and just bought a winch, not really sure of the best place to mount it
any suggestions/pictures of yours mounted etc

I have a 1995 I bought a Cheap winch at harborfreight I drilled holes in the front rack and mounted it there. works really good I use it to lift my plow. only had to use it a few times when I got stuck because no one could get close enough to pull me out.

thats what I have is a 3000 pound harbor frt winch
