On all the parts sites, this bike does not exist, I found reference here that you use a 1987-1989 TRX350D as a reference on part sites as they are virtually identical, so far that appears to be the case for most things I have searched, but the oil filter seems to be another matter. The OEM part numbers vary, I have seen 15410-KF0-305, 15410-KF0-315, 15412-KF0-010, and 15412-HM5-A10 so far. I see lots of after market ones as well, but I am trying to figure out which one will work in my bike as it is not convenient to get out there to work on it and find I have the wrong part. Anyone know exactly what part this one uses? Not sure why there are so many and what the difference is, but it would suck to get this wrong!

Order the 15410-KF0-315 it’s shown to replace the 15412-KF0-010 and 15410-KF0-305

If you use the Rocky Mountain link below you’ll see those other two have been replaced with the new part number. If you find the other two, they are direct replacements but have been discontinued by Honda.

Don’t use aftermarket there’s no point in risking disappointment when the real deal is available

They used 15412-KF0-010
which superseded to 15410-KF0-305
which superseded to 15410-KF0-315, this part number is what is shown on the 1992 TRX350 parts list.

15410-KF0-315 seems to have been used up to 1997.
15412-HM5-A10 seems to have been used starting in 1998. No idea what the difference is, I would say maybe change of mfg, or something small, you might be able to tell if you had both in front of you.

Anyway. All the manual shift utility Honda's use the same filter right up to current models, so pick a part number and go with it. Any one will work.

You can always search UK spares sites, we had then until 92 as well.

Awesome, that makes sense, I did not think to check on the replacement for discontinued parts. Being knew to ATVs in general, I am still trying to figure this out, alsoit has been a long time since I have worked on something this old. Appreciate all the input!

Canadian edition refers to some of the options, your bike is just another Honda, when it comes to most parts,

His isn't really a "Canadian Edition" like the Rubicon/Rancher you are thinking of. What he means is, the 350 wasn't sold in the US after 1989, but was sold in Canada up to 1993. So a 1992 350 would be a Canada only model.
