Hi everyone , this is my first post on this site, ( i just joined). I recently bought a used 1991 trx 350 4x4 atv and I need to do some small repairs and tlc, my problem is on all the websites ,no one lists any parts or info for 1991 trx350? the closest similar one is the 1989 forman, one example is the steering and tie rods, mine has a pivot arm and 6 tie rods ,all the 1991 model have 4 except the 1989 forman. even clymer manuals does not include my model and year?So which models can I compare mine to without ordering the wrong parts. I want to order a manual first . Thanks in advance Eric

Are you sure it's a '91? I don't think they made a 350 in '91.

If you're talking about the Foreman TRX350, they were just made '86-'89.

helmut is correct..they only made the early trx350's in 86..87...88..and 89..and if it's got 6 tie rods on the front..you either have the trx350 fourtrax 4x4..or the trx 350d foreman...look on the front lower frame..and tell us what year and make it is ?..oh..and welcome to the forums !

Now you can see my problem,no manual listed or parts? would be nice to get parts of the web ionstead of going to the dealer all the time. Thanks Eric
p.s. the whole family is Honda Z50, xr80, crf 150, crf230, and now the atv.

I've never seen or heard of a '91 TRX350. Maybe they were still sold in countries other than the US in '91. I can't figure that out. Did you buy it new? I would say that maybe someone put a different sticker on it with the wrong year, but where would you even get a sticker that said '91 TRX350 if they didn't make them, so it must be the correct sticker.

I would guess that parts for the '89 would work on it, but I can't be for sure.

Hi, I just got of the phone with our Honda dealer and they said it is most likely the same machine as a 89 foreman or trx 350 other than the ignition and some wiring differences, so I can order items from the web for the older models. Thanks again Eric

well..as always..lol..i'm just as shocked as helmut on this puzzle..this trx350 is listed < after i done a vin number search >..say's its world region is from asia...soo..i guess this model never made it state side ..because i've never seen this trx350 year around anywhere....and i even done a back search on state side trx350's..and the first ones came out in 86..and ran through 89...then they came back out in 2000 with the trx350tm, te, fm, and fe...sooo..it looks like you got one hard to find parts for bike !..lol..but..i'm pretty sure you can interchange the parts from 86,87,88,89 bikes without too much of a problem...if you get stumped on anything..holler at me..as i just got done..< also rebuilding my rear diff now > restoring my 89 trx350d foreman 4x4.
