how's the gear level oil in both diff's ?. how old is the clutches ?. have you tried adjusting the clutches lately ?. how's the engine oil level ?.

have not checked any of that yet. Just bought it 4 days ago. It rums great just noticed that every now and then. I am checking all of that tomorrow. Im assuming it has probably never been changed

I think a good service would be in order and then assess the situation. Just a tip before starting, you want to ensure replacement oil for the front/rear differential is hypoid type and commonly found at most box stores. Also, if you change the oil be sure it is wet clutch approved and it will be stated on the bottle and common in big box stores and typically in the ATV section...

jack the bike up off all 4 tires. turn the handlebars all the way to left or right. turn the front tires by hand. I have found when the clutches in the front diff's get worn they tend to stick/shudder. turning the wheels all the way to full turn seems to bring the noise out easier.

a little bit of limited slip additive cures the noise.

it does sound like this may be your issue.

to add to manny above ^^..MAKE DANG SURE YOU DO NOT INSTALL OIL FILTER BACKWARDS !!!!!!!!.
