I have a problem with my left and right front drum brake when I try to put the cover back on it keeps on coming into contact with tbe brake shoe and i have tried adjusting the brake shoe but i cant get it fixed heres some pictures.

Some possibles:
Adjusters not backed off completely.
The wheel cylinders aren't bottomed, stuck part way out.
Brake shoes are incorrect part number.
Brake shoes are installed backwards.
