Name is Jack. Happy to be around a helpful group of folks. Enjoy the pics. All original even the tires. Gentleman bought it from a honda dealer in state college pa in 1988 only used it to plow his driveway and drive around his property. Im looking to add a front rack to it and id like it to be proper not something i welded uo myslef but i cant find the front pipe carrier for it. Only one i found was on ebay for an 88 2wd that was thrashed checked 2 parts places and it is back ordered indefinitely which is understandable. If anyone has or knows where i could get the front carrier (brush guard ect..) for an 88 pm me.

Thanks guys. This is what i need.
That is a tuff piece to find for any year now days , finding one in good condition for your bike is going to be costly and there are quite a few different ones over the years , I have a 92 and it is a one year bumper , I never will push on anyone stuck ---- I could see where you might get another model year and modify it to fit , cause it seems the top section is about the same on all years , it is the mounting arms that is different -------- another option , one of my 300 I built the front bumper for it

Stunning configuration actually – you’re right to be dang careful about how to accessorize it. You would have to drill holes into that beautiful fender in order to mount a rack on it. Maybe reconsider whether/why you need a rack on the front.
Need to put that up for ATV of the Month, Jack. Thanks for posting pics

outstanding trx300fw !. you wont find any front racks or bumpers from honda ( oem ! ) for that atv. they just don't make them any more. ebay for used, or make your own is your only option today. salvage yards are a chance ?, but finding one that is not beat/bent up ?..well..if ya locate one ?, you better rush out and buy a lottery ticket !!..lol.

That member last active April 2011–too bad

Well me I would buy that optional grill guard that’s been on fleabay for at least two years and be done. Can’t use harsh cleaners on the body but you can try a little Novus plastic cleaner or carnauba wax to remove stains and put a lil shine on it

No worries everyone I'm leaving it as is, I use it to patrol my property so I just mounted the mini gun on the back rack instead. Otherwise it stays indoors. The guy I got it from really cared for it so I will do the same as I don't have time for cleaning up mud I like to keep my stuff nice especially this bike in particular. Thanks for the appreciative comments. I'm gonna take some more pictures I'm just waiting for a good thunderstorm to roll in for a back drop.
