Hi, I have a 1988 Honda foreman 350 and recently I have not been able to get it to run. I have replaced the battery and starter a couple months ago, and now am having fuel delivery issues. After checking the leads that go to the fuel pump, I get 6 volts, which is not enough to power it. It pumps fuel with a consonant 12 volts, so I know the unit works. I’m not sure if anyone else has had the same issue, and not sure if there is a bad relay, or a bad wire??? If anyone has a solution, or advice I would appreciate it.

welcome to the forums. just guessing, the fuel cut-off relay to the fuel pump is bad ?. right rear side, behind the right top of wheel, metal box, inside , black box, red connector, that is your fuel pump relay.

Mine was bad (86 fourtrax) and I found a good used one on flea bay very reasonable.

Mine is located above the right rear tire inside a Weatherproof box.
Easier to access if the tire removed.

The Service manual has the test procedures for the fuel delivery system and the cut-off relay.
You should test and see if you have a strong 12v supply to the cut-off relay input contact. Mine was not just a typical relay it has electronics inside to detect CDI pulses before it energizes for the fuel pump.

You can find a free Service manual on-line with some searching. Be sure you get on the correct page for the 1988. Honda made some changes to the wiring and troubleshooting procedures during the mid to late 80's machines.
