i been around the block a few times. mmi grad so ..... here is where i am at....and stumped

new stater , new cdi , new coil , new pick up coil , voltage regulator, both nutral and reverse lights work , head light works , voltage drops on all wires spec out , cranks no spark . as far as i can tell no voltage at cdi followed schematic . what am i missing?

all these parts oem from honda ?, or amazon china knock-offs ??. when it comes to electronics for my atvs, motorcycles , I ALWAYS ( that is if the part can still be had ? )..buy oem from honda.

I realize the OP was almost two years ago..hopefully in that time frame you found an answer? having a similar issue.
