Sad to say but she's been sunk 3 times already. That being said I know why the seal is leaking. Hoping to get some feed back from other rancher owners. I'm going to try an fix it myself, by day I'm a auto tech. I should have all tools to fix it right. Any response is helpful. Just wanting to replace the seal, hoping for the best out of her. I know the engine will always have sand in it now. Hopefully it will blow up after its paid off!

easy fix. unbolt the front differential , jack the front end up, yank the front end forward to disengage the drive shaft from the output shaft, carefully pry the oil seal out, BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO KNICK THE MATTING SURFACE !, grease the new oil seal lip up, carefully tap the new oil seal back on, and down around the output shaft, carefully tap it evenly down !. then get it all back together the way you pulled it apart, as I said, simple fix. as for sand in the motor ?, i'm sure it has some..if its been sunk 3 times ??!..lol. get ready for a complete engine rebuild in the future :).

and yes, you will lose a little oil when you pry the old seal out. just remember to re-check your oil level afterwards :).
