Hi,

So, I have an account here because I have owned a few Honda ATVs over the years and will likely continue to do so. This forum has provided me help, through the search function, in problems I have had with my ATVs.

This is my first post and I have had an account for two plus years.

I was just given a warning that “if I don’t post in the forums I will be shown the door.”

Thanks, Shadetree, for that warning.

Here I am. I don’t currently own an ATV as I am on sea duty in the navy and owning one is impractical at this point. But when I do again, I will likely have questions.

I would very much appreciate my account remain active over the next few years even if I don’t post in it.

Thanks,

Joe

Welcome to the forums! And thank you for your service!
he's been here awhile bro...just not posting in the forums is all. I sent out pm's to all the members not posting and hanging out in private mesg all the time, as you know..the rules have changed lately from my post I made in the mod section.

Don’t sweat it buddy, it’s a simple error that’s all. We’ve had a LOT of spammers recently laying idol.

Look forward to seeing your new (to you) ATV in the near future, any ideas what you may end up with?
Stay active, joinnin the forum banter, a lot of regulars here have a great laugh from time to time, it’s almost like a second home for some I think haha

Keep up the great work your doing and stay safe.

Thanks for the welcome!

I had an 01 Foreman Rubicon. That was a beast...had to put the warn 4 wheel/2 wheel lockout on it. Sold it in 2007 to buy a Rancher AT (2007 model), which I just sold with 460 miles on it. Great machine just didn’t want to drag it around for the next five years and not use it.

I like the size of the rancher, and for using it on trails and hunting it was perfect. May End up with another!

you should look at some of the foreman models, solid rear axles, manual shifts, great solid atvs.

When I was stationed in Korea i bought a Harley thru the army and Air Force exchange service (AAFES). Had it shipped to Oakland CA and rode it to Virginia; I had a whole new love for the US afterward.
Joe can you buy ATVs through AAFES too?
