Recently I bought a used foreman 500 4x4. it ran great with zero issues for a month. Last weekend I sunk it being stupid and now it runs poorly. Before I sunk it the foreman would crank up instantly with no choke or throttle pressed in but now to get it to crank and stay running I have to have choke fully up and tap the throttle till it stops sputtering and idles? Also it will sputter and lose power and gain it again, it will sputter and pop and then pick right back up and run again. What could this issue be? after I sunk it I changed the oil 3 times to make sure no water was in there as well as the diffs. I also changed the air filters, but I have not taken a look at the carb or anything. Any advice or help? Please and thank you

You definitely need to take that carb off and drain the bowl. Sounds like you have a little water in the fuel system causing the power loss. Hope this helps I'm a sports quad guy, just trying to help :)
