There are companies like Rage Atv that can Bore out the throttle body.
09 Rincon Injector
Where can i get a bigger injector for my rincon? Is there even one available or is it a bad idea? Im gettin ready to put an HMF optimzer and exhaust on it and want to get a lil more power out of it.

A bigger throttle body means more air can flow, more air means more power!!!!
On a bone stock machine, this is what I would do...
Find a more free flowing exhaust, intake, more aggressive cam, and then a fuel programmer to adjust your air/fuel ratio. HMF should be able to get you going in the right direction

The optimizer isn't going to do much of anything but make you run rich without an aftermarket exhaust. You will be fine removeing the baffle/spark arrestor without the optimizer, these machines come some what rich from the factory.
