Im just looking for a simple upgrade in tires. I trail ride mainly but i cant pass up a good mudhole. So looking for good tire to go on stock rims. Id love to go a little bigger, but everything iv read seems to say if you go bigger you need lighter wheels, and im not ready to spend that kinda jack right now. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

I was in the same boat as you with my new 2009 Rancher. I replaced the stock tires with Kenda Bearclaws. Very decent tire and good price for the set. I went with 25x10x12's on the front and 25x12.5x11's on the rear..................Machine now looks like a 4 wheeler and much better grip than the stocker's had................................Roger

I just upgraded to some Mud Lites on my Rincon. Same size as the originals but alot better traction and seem to trail ride nicely also.
