08 Rancher carb adjustment for elevation

I currently live on the Gulf Coast at a fairly low elevation but planning to go north this fall and wondering if I need to adjust anything on my carb for the elevation. Elevation where Im going is approx. 3500 ft.Thanks,Mark.

Sorry,Its a 350 not 420. Southeast Texas.
