I am needing a new front drive shaft on my 07 TRX500FA. I found used one online of an 08 TRX500FPM. Will that fit mine or if it different?

No, you need a Rubicon front driveshaft. Here's the part number and associated models.

40400-HN2-A20 SHAFT, FR. PROPELLER $80.16
