Who is they??? well they may have installed the harness in such a manner that a wire has become pinched. I would start at one end of the of the ignition circuit and work my way towards the other, chances are you'll find the culprit. lets do one thing at a time fix that and come back. good luck and welcome to the forums

Thanks for the welcome, They are the ranch hands. I have all the plastic stripped from the bike the new harness is fine. The problem with working on ranch(farm bikes )is know one ever knows what actually happened to the bike. I've unplugged every connector & plugged them in one at atime & when the fuse blowes is when i plug the bank sensor in ,so thats when i bypassed it , the the bike will crank but theres no spark or power to the fuel pump.

first thing you need to do..is find out why your blowing fuses !!..if the wire harness was replaced because someone thought that was the problem..maybe..maybe not..because now you say your still blowing fuses..and this tells me it's not the wire harness thats doing it..something else is making your fuses blow..it's not the wire harness...if it's doing it when you plug the bank in.what ever that is ???..sorry..don't know alot about the newer bikes..i'm guessing this is either your heads up display ??.or your c.d.i ??..or ecm..what ever it's called on the new bikes..i can tell you though..it's not the wire harness thats doing it..at least not from the way you told us here.

The bank angle sensor shuts the fuel pump off if the ATV is turned over.

Yeah, only the fuel injected ATVs have them. The purpose for it is just in case the ATV catches on fire, that way the fuel pump won't keep pumping fuel and feeding the fire.

It's similar to an inertia switch on a fuel injected automobile, except the inertia switch is triggered by an impact, instead of rollover.

If it doesn't turn over, it won't shut the fuel pump off. If it turns over it will, or it's supposed to, anyway.
