07 trx400ex electrical problems

So my 400 won't stay running. Fires up idles revs. Backfires and dies. Definitely not a fuel problem I've had the carbs off and cleaned like ten times

Is there any common spark problems with these machines?

It's almost like an intermittent spark or improper ignition timing.

I have yet to buy a service manual to dive deep

Any help would be nice thanks

Yeah I have gone through the entire fuel system. Vents, Jets, float, flow the whole nine.

The plug is black thinking that it's a rich issue. But it spits and backfires and quits! Choke, half choke, no choke same problem. I want to check the ignition system to be sure.

I'll search around for a manual
