Im planning to do a IRS swap to my rubicon. Im using a rincon axles, a arms, and diff. Im hoping the splines on the rincon shaft will fit my rubicon u joint but is the gear ratio in the diff any different. If so does anyone know anything else i could do. All input is appreciated no bashing!

compare the part numbers on the u-joint and drive shaft, see if they match ?, if they do ?, then your golden, if not ?, well..don't know what to tell ya ??.

Not sure on the fitment of the shaft into a rincon diff but nothing is stopping you using your 500’s shaft, have it lengthened or shortened to suit the application. The UJ being there would take up small amounts of vibration if there was any imperfections in alignment.

This guy cut the Rincon frame in half right behind the foot pegs, cut the Foreman frame off in the same place, welded the two together.
