Hi there just bought a 07 rincon only has 414km, and i just noticed the brake lights are stuck on?, any one seen this, have not had the time to check it out yet , just wondering if this is a common thing?

I don't know how common it is, but one of the brake light switches has probably went bad and stuck. There's a switch near the brake pedal and a switch on both front levers. The one at the foot brake pedal may be adjustable and it may be out of adjustment. I would check that first. I'm not sure, but I don't think the ones on the front levers are adjustable.
