I had a gas leak from the overflow valve under the carb. I took the carb apart and cleaned it out really good and all was well for a couple of weeks. I came home today and gas was all in my garage floor(should have turned gas OFF....ooopps) But the gas wasn't coming from the overflow valve. When I took my seat off and opened the air box it was full of gas. I mean full to the brim!! My air filter is ruined but I dont know why that would have filled with gas. It was about a gallon of gas. Thank God thats all I had in the tank or there would have been more. Has anyone seen this before??

I'm going to say that your float is stuck and if your intake was full you might want to check your oil too..

I have never heard of one getting that full?!?!? Did you have a stock air filter? Wring it out and let it dry. Gas will not ruin a foam filter.
