I replaces the front wheel bearings about a month ago and now they r out out again. I got new bearings and seals for both sides and the new bearing fell all the way in,i put the snap ring back into place but there is still a lot of extra movement on that knuckle. Is there something wrong with my knuckle or did i do something wrong.

Sounds like your knuckle is worn out.

If you don't have to press the bearing in using quite a bit of force either the knuckle is worn out or you have an undersized/out of spec bearing.

What kind of bearing is it? All balls?
