I am working on a rig for my friend. It was in storage for awhile, mice ate on some wires. I fixed all that I could find put in new battery and got code 13. It cranks fine. I replaced tps set ohms at 500,tried the reset on ecu and still get code 13 but when you push up or down on shift buttons nothing happens no noises nothing all fuses good. Can someone give any help? Thanks

I'm no good around an ES, so can't help ya much. If the bike shifted fine when it was put up in storage then I'd pull the shift motor out and clean & regrease everything. May have to use the Factory Service Manual troubleshooting flow chart to track down the issue. Could still be wiring, corroded grounds or a dirty switch....

My bit of advise..... Your friend need to lase where he stores the quad with moth balls and sticky pads, take it from me, if they chewed it once, they got a taste AND they'll be back..... And keep up posted on repairs, and I'd like to see pics of the wire damage .....
