I have a 05 Honda 400ex its running hot I have have the carb clean and I had it rebuild at my local honda shop the bike idle fine and runs good just get super hot real quick I'm running a 150 main and 38 pilot does anyone know what could be making it run so hot

I Not a expert on quad I know a lot but not all so all the information I get I will check out now the timing how would I check that I know where it located would you check to see if it on a t on the side of bike and it doesn't have a bore kit on it everything stock on quad
