Starter is fine Need to charge your battery.
But first things first ... triple check ALL fuses and your kill switch.
I see the neutral light on but roll the bike to be sure it's in neutral.
Also, by chance do you get spark with the pull rope?
Can check for broken or pinched wires by the CDI too.

You could use a voltmeter to verify the battery status now both for voltage and load test. If you need a hand with it just ask.
Verify to see if its dropping down too fast? And if it stays down? Just curious as to what exactly to look for i have a true rms multimeter should do the trick

If the battery is performing well when you put the meter to it you should see
around 12.6V. If lower than 12, I would put on a trickle charge over night.

Do you know how to load test to ensure there is enough "power" to start the engine?

Ok so new development i checked the kill switch it wasnt all the way in the center position when i moved it to the middle neutral light went off and 1st gear indicator flashes 4 times which is something to do with a gear indicator sensor. I will check connection but battery stayed at or above 12v

After stator replacement still no spark and possible starter issues attached a video of start up ttp:https://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5aae6e1f3cce8/InShot_20180318_084648908.mp4

Finally had a chance to watch the video and it appears from the sound something is quickly draining the battery when trying to start, i.e., weak; that is, it ran down very fast IMO. I realize you have load tested it, but I'm now thinking it isn't sustainable under load to spin the starter. At the same time, I think something unhealthy is going on with the starter based on what I hear, so I would remove it and inspect it as well.

It sounds (again I'm assessing over a video) that it is penetrating too deeply and/or binding on something, because it should be engaging/spinning more freely, so may be a shim/washer may be needed..... Remind me, is this a OEM replacement starter?

I'm telling you take the battery to AutoZone. They can check its charge AND see if it's holding a charge. I took my battery to AutoZone and It could be charged and seemed fine. But they were able to tell it couldn't hold charge. They told me whether it was fixable or not(it was but not worth it). I would eliminate battery problem first before you start really getting into the quads electrical mind.

Just thought of another idea. Unhook battery and hook jumper cables to it and run them to your starter. Video the starter turning, if it's turning the starter well enough then that would eliminate the starter malfunction and your battery as a problem. But if it doesn't do the job then hook jumper cables up to a good battery (car battery) and video then. Now if that works fine and sounds right then 90% sure your battery is at fault. 2 questions

1)did you get an OEM alternator
2)what Amperage is your battery

Just seen your message i got the alt from rmstator so its oem and i had already disassembled the starter aand found that the center section of the starter walls are warped badly so that could be a big part of it
