My rancher 350 is having a power issue, it won't go over about 30km/h

It starts, idles, revs, shifts fine. But when cruising on flat ground I can always have throttle maxed in 3rd and it has nothing left if I shift to 4th or 5th.... i feel like it has more to give (can hold throttle in every gear maxed and will not go faster than that speed)

I have just replaced the friction plates and springs

I have checked the throttle cable seems to be fine no play, and just put seafoam in the gas tank today. Trying to avoid taking carb apart because it runs fine

Thought I'd give this a shot clymers manual is giving me nothing

Thats pretty slow! Is the air filter clean and with no restrictions in the airbox (no mice or squirrel nests) and duct? Check for same in the exhaust...?

Ya it's weird il be doing 30 in 3rd (max throttle) then hit a slope and lose more power but nothing stalls

Il check the air filter and exhaust but last checked it looked clean and oiled
