Turned the fuel off, drained a little fuel out then tightened the screw back up and it was still leaking. Tightened the crap out of it and I think its quit.

most times it the float needle that sticks, but keep an eye on it !, and make sure to turn fuel off every time to get off of it if your gonna be gone for a bit ?, otherwise fuel can and will fill up your lower engine with fuel !, ( and that wont end well !.lol ).

Always keep the fuel shutoff. And I had it apart again for a good cleaning and I tightened the drain screw a good bit tighter, it seems like this is the leak point because of how slow the leak is. Sat for an hour yesterday with no sign of a leak, came out this morning and it's got a slight drip. After tightening the screw more theres no leak yet. The needle was clean as a whistle and moves freely.
