So I’m new to my own repairs but I bought this wheeler to fix up for my son. It needed rear differential & axle bearings. I’ve gotten that part done but since I was in there I was told to just do the brakes while I’m right there. So I ordered mostly aftermarket parts. Well I’m stuck now with the new brake pads completely locking up the shaft when everything is back installed. I know it’s the pads because i took them out and assembled and it all turns fine. It only locks up once I’ve tightened the casings bolts to the differential. I have checked everything over and it is all VERY simple setup, so I don’t know if I’m missing something.. but I’m pretty much lost as to why it’s locking up completely when the brake lines aren’t even on to engage the brakes. I’d be happy to take some pictures tonight for anyone of something specific if requested. My only thoughts are the aftermarket pads are manufactured a little to big maybe? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

china parts are a huge mistake !!!. some times we must use them when oem parts are not around any more ?, but if oem parts can be had ?..then get them instead !.
