I have an 03 Rincon 650 I bought in decently crappy condition and am having electrical problems in the fuse block. All of the contacts inside the fuse block are either corroded or corroded and loose. I have used contact cleaner to clean them and have it where I can turn the ignition and get the head unit to come on. It will only pickup the starter now that I’ve cleaned the contacts as best as possibly and will only do it if I finagle with the fuse while pressing it.

Could I cut the wires out behind the fuse block and use inline fuses instead? It’s not ideal, but I don’t want to replace the wiring harness if possible. It looks like some of the fuses are pulled off the back side of other fuses. Are these jumpers within the block or external and elsewhere in the wiring harness?
