It has sat for several years unfortunately, the gas even went stale in it. I drained the tank cleared the clogs cleaned the carb out. Put it all back together fresh gas and it doesn't fire. Turns over and just gose chook chook chook not even an etemp to fire. Now what?

I guess its still not getting fuel spark plug is dry
