hi all, im new to this site, i have an 03 rancher and an 04 rancher es that is wrecked. can i find some block off plates to make the es into a manual shift ? also the drain plug on the 03 has been replaced because of being stripped , with a pipe plug , i know not to overtighten cause of cracking the case , is there an easy way to correct this ? i know easy and right rarely go together
