02 rancher wont shift into reverse

hey guys need some help 02 rancher will shift up and down (es model) but will not shift into reverse no code pops up can manually shift to reverse whats up?

Just being a GOOF!!! When somebody does something I need or like I try to tell them they are the wind beneath my wings. The look on thier face when I say it is HUUUUH!
