hey guys need some help 02 rancher will shift up and down (es model) but will not shift into reverse no code pops up can manually shift to reverse whats up?

Check on the back of the motor for a sensor with 1 wire going to it. The wire is known for coming unplugged.

I think its number 10

same thing was wrong with my rancher and all i did was spray the cable with contact cleaner and it worked like new agian
