Replaced the solenoid and pulled the starter to see if it was locked up but it's not all it does is click and yes battery is good cleaned the terminals still nothing. Any info would help thank you
Try to "jump" the solenoid by touching the two terminals together with a heavy duty screwdriver and see if will turn over. Did you use a Honda solenoid or Chinese knock off? I have had some issues with the knock offs. You may have a bad solenoid or an issue in the wiring. Could be a loose connection, bad ground, etc. try jumping the solenoid and report back.
Next thing to try would be to apply direct power to the starter. Jumper cables from a battery or a jump box would be even better. Just momentarily to see if the starter will operate with power applied direct. You should be able to just run the ground anywhere to the frame and touch the positive to the hot terminal of the starter. This will let you know if the starter is operational.
