02 Foreman/Rubicon front gear box jumping out of gear and grindind

Hey friends I'm back! I have a new issue. When I put it in gear either forward or reverse the front axle seems to jump out of gear and I can hear grinding, Can someone please tell me where to look. Thanks!

maybe ya can set it up on jackstands, spin the front wheels by hand, and tell something
