Hey Guys I'm new on here so bare with me. I just rebuilt a 02 450 es. bore job new wiseco piston & rings, new valve seals. It ran great during break in. once it got to temperature it started smoking bluish white when the gas was applied. I pulled the head and they was a little oil on top the piston. I checked the ring gap and everything. Any feed back would be appreciated.

What was your final wall to piston clearance?

Did the machinist measure for taper and out of round conditions in the cylinder?

Has this bike ever been sunk?
