So my 01 4x2 won’t start, I know it’s in neutral but when I turn the key on the temp light comes on for a second the then turns off as usual but neutral light does not come on at all. Yes, I’ve checked the position of the kill switch on the handlebars, I have a brand new and charged battery, I’ve checked fuses and they all look ok, I even jumped the solenoid and it makes the electric starter start but the engine won’t come on. All my lights work as well.
My thinking is that the gear position sensor is bad or even the kill switch is bad. Any help would be much appreciated.
