So I havent rode since I changed fluids....they are all at their respectful levels...I unloaded the quad off the trailer yesterday it barely started.....when I hit the throttle it bogs than throws out whitish smoke....it smells like its running rich but than at times it seem to get a hint of oil...
I'm looking at getting a 2008 700xx and I just had a couple questions about it.
Since they didn't make many of them, are parts hard to find and/or expensive?
I currently ride a 2002 Recon 250es, is that too big a jump in power? I'm 5'8" 160lbs if that means anything.
My father bought a 700xx from Ray laks Honda in NY back in 2008, was grey on black, I loved the quad, he sold it before I could have a chance to buy it, it was virtually brand new, anyone on here know where one for sale could be found? He passed away a couple years ago and I wanted to buy one...
To maintain the warranty, do you have to have it serviced regularly by Honda?
Now on past that, what oil do you guys recommend for peak performance on the 700XX? I need to buy some quick to change out the oil, and will be buying from O'Reilly's, Walmart, or AutoZone. I have a K&N oil filter on...

So, I have a few friends who have started to drag out their ATVs for racing. So far, 400ex, 450, and Raptor 700 have been tricked out - exhaust kits, rejets, extensions, bore outs, etc.
Well, I raced all of these with my STOCK 700XX and smoked all but the Raptor of course, that b**ch. haha...
