    Hey i'm new here. Just bought a 400ex to fix up the other day, and its got a couple electrical issues. When the key and kill switch are on, none of the switches at the bars do anything. No lights, no cranking, no neutral light. But i can jump the solenoid to get it to crank. I haven't tried...
