true..mudlites are '' some what '' mud tires ?, but !.. the best thing they have going for them is weight, and they are 6-ply tires.

Well got tires ordered today and didn't order any that I listed. I've been looking at tires for days and just was overwhelmed and going crazy. The Rip Saws I bought were just to heavy of a tire and sold for a small loss, lesson learned. The tires I mentioned were ones I saw good reviews on this forum. Then today everybody was saying ,"none of those" for my style of riding, and I agree. I ordered stock size Tusk Trilobites from RMATV, they have a similar tread pattern of the Bighorn. There is just to many choices in 12" I drove myself crazy looking. I'm sure they will be better than the original tires that came on my machine and will match up with my style of riding. Thanks to all for your input.

Ive ran the trilobites with no issues. they are definitely on the softer side, but the tread design will suit your riding style very well.

Man I'm glad you found some tires.I know what you mean about making a decision on a set of new tires.I keep going back and forth on what tire will replace my stock tires. When the day comes to buy I will go with my gut feeling, and hope I make a good decision.

6 plys of what? They are as puncture proof as a wet paper bag. If all youíve ever owned is stock tires, than Mud Lites Iím sure would seem like great tires.....and Iím speaking of the ATís. The XLís are garbage too but in their own way. Either way neither is appropriate for the desert and dry ground lol

There was a tire weight chart on this site a while back . . . we should get an up-dated version.
