I buy them by the 1000 from china, lol. the ones that don't come right out get clipped!

Flat blade screw driver is all I've ever used. I've had the plastic off my 700's more times than I can count, and have never had a issue.

1 of my sisters working at ford needed a special tool[the kind i like], so a worker bent the end of a smaller screwdriver 45 degrees. he remade the tip some. with that on 1 side, an a flat head on the other, i dont have much problem with inserts.
i'll send picture soon.
