It's not a virus. Your anti-virus software probably won't let you download it because it's on a file sharing site. Sometimes this can happen if the settings for your anti-virus software is set high.

That noise you're hearing after you shut the engine off is the one-way clutch...

You might be able to reset IE's settings back to default settings and it might fix the problem. That's what I would try. There's a "reset" button in internet options under the advanced tab.
