fishfiles looks like the offset could be cut out the plate and re-welded flat ------ where there is a will , there is a way

mac102004 Yeah a hybrid of the two by the looks of it, straight bracket like the 2wd but with the mounting holes of the 4wd. I donít think it would take much effort to make some straight brackets if you wanted get away from using washers.

fishfiles It looks like the mounting plates I made for the 2wd 300 disc conversion is what is needed , straight with no offset ----looks like it would line close

mac102004 It looks like he might have had a little more adjusting to do lol But the point is, it can be made to work, like I said previously.

washers ?..lol. brake pads are not straight on the caliper resting against the rotor !, I dont trust that set-up lasting long.

I dont think the plate mounting bolt holes line up with the bolt holes in the knuckles do they ?. last time I looked at my '89, the knuckles brakes backing plate were not the same as later models ?, then again..i've slept sense then !..lol.

mac102004 just need longer calliper mounting bolts and a few washers. or maybe make your own mounting plates.

Jeepwm69 According to @mac102004 a SuperATV kit can be made to work. Might not be bolt and go, but doesn't sound like it needs any major fabrication to make it work.
