fishfiles Did you test for power on both sides the fuses , sometimes the connection isn't good between the fuse holder and the fuse ------I wonder if the diode getting blown would cause your problem , it is inside the electrical connection box under the front fender

Do you have a service manual? No insult intended but it sounds like youíre not reading one.

Already mentioned the fuses are good. No service manual needed when I have you guys. Iím actually more mechanically inclined than this post makes me sound. I just feel like itís something really simple has happened and Iím overlooking it. I mean, new brakes, stood it up accidentally, now itís a dead system?

retro If I remember right there is a harness ground where the ignition coil mounts to the frame. There may be another somewhere, dunno... don't have one here to look at.

Jump battery voltage to the positive terminal on your starter motor. Be careful heavy arcing will occur and sparks will fly! Do this outdoors only. If the starter runs, then check the solenoid and start button, neutral light, etc.

canamkayaker Gas tank looks bright and shiny and fuel runs fast out of it as I sit here thinking about throwing a match in it!
