SamUK So I didn’t really ride for long enough to check the plug colour this evening, I set the mixture by ear, found that happy ground and rode around for 10 mins. Amazing the difference that one size up with a jet makes, power deleivery is much smoother and sharper, A lot more controllable low down and got rid of that slight hesitation that was between idle and 1/4 throttle.

Also, I was right when I mentioned centrifugal clutch was making a noise, I can hear it now but more clearly after sorting the pre ignition issue/noise.
When I fitted the new centrifugal clutch I bought HD springs too, all I can think is that because they are heavier duty they flick out a lot quicker making more noise.
Anyway, I can deal with that, it all works and runs great, I’d say it’s finished but there will always be something to tinker with lol

Oh thatís odd then, I read that I get charged the same as the person calling?! Same for texts in Europe unless you buy an Ďadd-oní that covers you for such things. I only have the Europe add-on because of visiting Portugal recently, doesnít work for the USA so I got stung too lol.

I checked my service provider, I only have calls to Europe included in my plan, if I call or receive calls outside the UK or Europe it costs me the same! It seems international calling is the business to be in lol. I had a message to tell me about these sage I sent, cost me £1.20 plus my usual charge, could have been a lot worse I guess!

If that call cost you a ridiculous amount of money then let me know, weíll sort something out.

rodp You can't beat experience. You can have all the certificates in the world but the old guy that's been there before will beat you hands down every time.

SamUK Issue fixed! Pilot jet changed to a 42 and no pre ignition! @SlammedRanger you were spot on man, thanks! :-D
@retro & @fishfiles thanks for all your help too, you helped weed out all the possible issues along the way.

Just need to tweak the mixture and have a test ride, will post pics of plug colour later on.

Edit: Not to mention @rodp aka ‘the old fella’ haha :
