Whirling from the front left on 1986 Honda trx350

Hello,

Today I went for a ride to see if I had fixed my brakes and couldn’t help but notice a whirling sound from the front left side of the machine. At first I thought it was the wheel bearing so I stopped and reved the motor to see if it had to do with the motor and couldn’t hear it. The faster I moved the louder it got, so I went up and down the trail in 5th moving my head to try to hear where it was coming from and I am almost 100% sure its coming from the front left. I brought it into the garage, jacked it up and wiggled the tire but there was no movement vertically or Horizontally. What could it be?

seeing how you said you replaced the wheel bearings ?, and you just re-worked the front brakes ?, brake drum rubbing something ?, maybe backing plate ?, a shoe dragging on the brake drum ?. rim rubbing anywhere ?.

Never have replaced the bearings but I was wondering about the brakes dragging aswell and should have checked for heat. I may have bent the backing plate someohow so will have to check all that sometime today.

Oh yeah check the brake hoses to make sure they are rubbing the wheel.
Almost every front wheel of that model that Iíve seen has a hose rub on it
