Towing UTV on open trailer with fabic doors ok??

I have order an open trailer to tow my Pioneer 1000 -3. My quandary is that it has a hard top and back panel with fabric doors and they tend to want to flap a little in the wind. I've ordered a 20' length of 1/2" bungee cord to tie around the entire cab, and this will catch the top of the doors, in an attempt to prevent wind damage. FYI, I couldn't get the UTV to fit into a 7' X 12' wide enclosed trailer even with a custom roadside door.

Has anyone experienced similar problems with fabric doors? Taking them off every time I tow seems to be a lot of effort, and it will expose the cab interior to road dirt.

Suggestions? Thanks
