Not sure on the bayou primary but LTZ is correct for the basket gear. I used a Honda gear for the primary. Ill find out the part number and post here for you. I wouldnt post it usually but now the bigger GRs are out I dont think the 54s are as secretive anymore, seems its pretty much common knowledge on bookface.

Here you go @fiahfiles this is the gear for the primary... Or one of many you can use, obviously the pitch has to match the basket gear. Some builders use a wider gear and turn it down afterwards but it’s conpletely unnecessary, personally I believe they do that because they doubt their welds.

When you punch that number into Honda , these bikes come up :
Honda Motorcycle Models with no year CB200
Honda Motorcycle Models with no year CL200
Honda Motorcycle Models with no year CB200T
Honda Motorcycle 1976 CB200T

and that part number is no longer available , from what I have read , there must be other machines that use a primary that would work , my buddy has a Bayou 220 that is junk , that is why I am asking

I pulled up a pic of a Bayou 220 gear and it is bigger than the pic of the part number you listed , I see that part number you listed going as cheap as $6 ---I think there must be another gear out there that will work , as the list for that part number is small and kind of rare bikes , you would think with all the 54%s out there , the gears must be readily available ---- I seen where a guy was saying a Bayou 220 would work , but like I say from pics , I think it is much bigger a gear then the one you listed

Yeah they are no longer available but I sourced mine from eBay. There’s usually quite a few available, it’s been a while since I sourced gears but as you say there’s lots that will do the job, if you get one tooth less than the one I listed that will give you 62% reduction using the LTZ basket gear. @mac102004 may have some other ideas as to sourcing gears.
