My 98 Foreman 450ES impressed me today

So I'm out mowing today before it rains---again---and did something I always say I should never do. I tried to go through an area I thought was dry enough but found out it wasn't. So I got my zero turn kinda buried--stupid. I have a Cub Cadet commercial grade zero turn called a Tank with a 60" deck. It is listed as weighing 1070 lb, it really is a tank. So I'm figuring out how to pull this out, I could go across the road and get my son to help but decided to try this myself. I was gonna use my 2WD Dakota but thought hey I now have a 4WD Honda, what the heck. So I go get the 98 450ES with a chain and head back. I had to release the hydraulics on both drive wheels so it would free wheel and hooked the chain on. Stuck her in 1st gear and took up the slack, then gave her some gas. Hey it's moving and slowly pulled the zero turn out. It was buried pretty well and really didn't think it would budge, but with a little grunting she didn't even spin the tires. I have heard these are work horses but was very impressed what it was able to do and fairly easy. Glad I bought it last summer, it's doing things I always wanted one to do for me.

Garage
before I put down loads of river sand in the low spots , I would get stuck alot on the Husqvarna 52 zero swing if I tried to cut it too wet , I hook it up to my 300 with a nylon rope , get some slack in the rope and hit it , drag it about 5 ft at a time till it is on dry ground
